However there is still hope, because you can use guided hypnosis to shift those beliefs and clear the path to experiencing powerful life-changing manifestations.

How to use Guided Hypnosis for Manifestation

Guided hypnosis is a way to access your subconscious mind and program the mind on a much deeper level. There are millions of guided hypnosis recordings on You Tube, as well as on various apps such as Spotify, Apple Music or Audible. You can download or listen to a guided hypnosis designed specifically to match the frequency you would like to change.

There are recordings that can help you to stop smoking, lose weight, eliminate negative thought patterns, attract abundance, stop procrastinating or fix any problem you can think of! Guided hypnosis recordings are made up of positive suggestions spoken by the guide, over relaxing music or sounds such as rain. With consistent repetition these suggestions will take root in the mind and alter the way you think and behave.

It is best to pick one problem area to work with at a time, so that the mind has a chance to adjust to a new way of thinking slowly. When you have succeeded in manifesting a positive change, you can move on to the next problem area. It doesn’t make a difference whether you practice guided hypnosis in the mornings or the evenings, the important thing is to practice daily for at least 30 consecutive days to completely shift your mindset and form a new habit.

When scrolling through Instagram for a long period of time, you enter a trance-like state which makes it easier for advertisements and images to enter your subconscious. Similarly, when watching a film the conscious mind is at rest and the film engages with your subconscious mind. Violent video games have been known to affect the behavior of young people, because the repeated exposure to violence creates the impression that it is normal.

We have the ability to control what enters our minds by consciously choosing to expose ourselves to uplifting energy. Listening to songs with beautiful lyrics, watching films with an inspiring message and following influencers who align with your values and visions is one of the best ways to filter what enters your mind. By tending to the garden of your mind, you can keep the weeds out and grow rows of lovely sunflowers instead.
